We want every FanForm piece to feel like it belongs in your collection. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

FanForm accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging. You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to initiate a return through our Contact Us page.

Because every FanForm item is produced in limited batches, we can’t guarantee availability for size exchanges — but if we have stock, we’ll swap it out for you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Go to our Contact Us page.

  2. Include your order number and the email used at checkout.

  3. Let us know whether you’re requesting a refund or an exchange.

  4. We’ll follow up with next steps and provide return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are available for:

  • Size changes

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

If your preferred size is unavailable, we’ll offer you a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

To keep the experience fair and consistent for everyone, a few items can’t be returned:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items with visible wear, damage, or odors

  • Final-sale items

  • Custom one-off designs

Issues With Your Order

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, contact us immediately. We’ll make it right quickly — replacements for damaged or incorrect items are prioritized.

Refund Timeline

  • Returns are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your item arrives back to us.

  • Depending on your bank, refunds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear.

International Returns

International customers are welcome to return or exchange items; however, shipping costs and any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
