Why It's Special

The Tudor rose has been a symbol of England since the 15th century, adopted by Henry VII after the Wars of the Roses to unite the houses of Lancaster and York. The three lions on the national crest date back even further — to the royal arms of Richard I in the 12th century, making it one of the longest-standing symbols in English heraldry.
