Why It's Special

The crimson references Scotland's national color, worn on the pitch for over a century. The lion rampant is one of the oldest heraldic symbols in the world, carried by Scottish supporters into stadiums long before it was ever officially sanctioned. "Alba Gu Bràth" is Scots Gaelic for Scotland Forever, a phrase that goes back to the Wars of Independence. Each element has a history behind it.
